We want you to love what you buy at Pink Jaipur. However, if something isn’t right, here’s how our return and refund process works.
1. Eligibility for Return
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.
- The item must be unused, unwashed, with original tags and packaging intact.
- Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect products.
2. Items Not Eligible for Return
- Customized or made-to-order items
- Items purchased during sale/clearance events
- Items with minor irregularities (common in hand-block prints)
3. Return Process
- Email us at returns@pinkjaipurindia.in within 7 days with your order number and a clear photo of the issue.
- Once approved, we’ll send return instructions.
- The item must be shipped back at your expense unless it was our error.
4. Refunds
- After inspecting the returned item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
